BLO VAULT TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading or using BLO VAULT (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
The App provides financial information tools only. Nothing in the App is investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional for decisions that could significantly affect your finances.

2. PLAID
By connecting bank accounts, you authorize BLO VAULT to access your financial data through Plaid Technologies, Inc., subject to Plaid's terms and Plaid's End User Privacy Policy (https://plaid.com/legal/). You may revoke connections through the App or Plaid-supported flows.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Paid features are offered through in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the platform's policies and your account settings with Apple or Google. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not grant refunds outside those platform rules.

4. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS
We may modify the App or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the App and/or on our public page with an updated date. Continued use after changes, where allowed by law, means you accept the updated Terms.

5. NO WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of financial data, AI output, or scores shown in the App.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLO VAULT and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.

7. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree first to contact us to try to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
