This notice is for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

DO WE SELL OR SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
No. BLO VAULT does not sell your personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

YOUR CALIFORNIA RIGHTS
As a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
- Delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — we do not sell or share)
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the App)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

Include in your request:
- Your name and email address
- A description of your request
- Sufficient information for us to verify your identity

We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request, as required by law. If we need more time, we will notify you.

IN-APP CONTROLS
You may delete all local data using Panic Delete (Settings → Data & Privacy). You may disconnect linked accounts through Settings at any time.

AUTHORIZED AGENT
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority and your identity before processing the request.
